Establishments who wish to appear with a full listing and/or on the map hereby undertake that by accepting these terms and conditions they accept the charges.

Information will be added within 10 working days.

The calendar year commences on the first day of the month following which information is added.

This exposure will automatically be renewed at the end of each calendar year unless 1 months' prior notice is given.

During each calendar year the establishment may submit up to 2 changes to their content on this site without charge. Thereafter charges will be made as follows: GBP10 per photo to be added, GBP10 per set of changes to the text information.

Essential Travel Info will publish your data in accordance with your request and hence whatever data you supply to us is made available on www.essentialtravelinfo.com

Your email address is not shown and any emails routed to you will be in a clearly branded essentialtravelinfo format.

Accounts are payable on presentation. If an account is unpaid after 30 days then the information about the establishment will be removed from these websites and a reconnection fee of GBP30 will be payable.
